Executive Director - Shannon Holland-Gonzalez
Shannon Holland, a lifelong passion for softball has fueled a prominent role in hosting sports events since 2008. Having contributed to the establishment of two organizations in the Greater Houston Area, Shannon is now spearheading 4 Tier Sports, a groundbreaking venture to redefine Softball and Baseball Tournaments. Join us on this exciting journey as we collectively elevate the standards of sports tournaments!

Softball Director/National UIC - Matt Niederhofer
Matthew Niederhofer came into the world of Softball and Baseball from an early age, seamlessly transitioned from a childhood baseball player to a dedicated coach for both sports. Coaching his only daughter through the nuances of the game, Matthew brings a wealth of knowledge and experience. Matthew has extensive knowledge and understanding of both sports and their respective rules.

Baseball Director/State UIC - Marshall Niederhofer
Marshall Niederhofer, formerly a baseball player, has successfully transitioned to a career as an umpire for both softball and baseball. In 2024, he was chosen to officiate the 5A Softball Texas State Championship Game at The University of Austin in Austin, Texas. Currently, Marshall serves as a high school softball official for the Texas Association of Sports Officials (TASO) and holds a board position in the TASO Conroe Chapter. His expertise includes an in-depth knowledge of the rules and umpire mechanics for both sports.
